Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience shipping complex, high-impact products from concept through launch.
• A portfolio showing strong product judgment, systems thinking, and craft.
• Experience designing technically complex products with deep workflows, permissions and enterprise-grade controls.
• Technical curiosity and fluency, including collaboration with engineers on AI systems and platform primitives.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, able to balance long-term vision with execution.
• Relentless customer focus, with research and data informing decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to align teams around tough tradeoffs.
• High ownership and bias toward action; ship coherent experiences with quality and trust.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term design vision for Rippling IT, evolving AI-native platforms for identity, devices, inventory, support, governance, and compliance.
• Shape domain strategy, identify high-leverage problems, influence roadmap priorities, and refine end-to-end flows and visuals.
• Lead design for new product bets from discovery through early product-market fit with user insight and rapid iteration.
• Design holistic IT admin, security, CIO, and employee experiences that are intuitive yet deeply controllable for power users.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn complex problems into simple, effective product experiences.
• Define patterns and interaction models that scale across Rippling IT and related products.
• Use AI and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration and shape next-gen IT workflows.
