Rippling is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager for the AI Platform to shape AI experiences across HR, IT, Finance, and admin surfaces. You’ll lead design work from strategy to craft, coaching teams while staying close to the craft and product vision.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams to create trusted, coherent AI interactions that scale enterprise-wide and drive adoption and trust.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in product design, especially in B2B/enterprise SaaS contexts.
• 3+ years leading design teams, mentoring senior designers.
• Strong systems thinking connecting surfaces, workflows and dependencies.
• Ability to create reusable interaction patterns or design-system primitives.
• Fluency in AI product challenges: trust, explainability and feedback loops.
• Cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Research and GTM.
• Exceptional storytelling to drive alignment and execution.
• Portfolio showing shipped product impact and leadership in ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Product Design for AI Platform, shaping interaction models and design principles across Rippling.
• Manage, coach, and raise the bar for designers in high-leverage platform spaces.
• Define reusable patterns for agents, generated UI, human-in-the-loop approvals, trust, explainability, and error recovery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate opportunities into coherent experiences.
• Drive cross-product alignment so AI experiences feel consistent and permission-aware.
• Use customer insight, product data, and competition to identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Create operating rituals for design reviews, pattern adoption, and decision-making.
• Help attract and evaluate senior design talent for Product Design and AI Platform.
