Rippling is hiring a Product Lead to own ambitious problems within Rippling IT, unifying identity, devices, inventory, support, AI governance, and compliance on a single data graph. This senior IC role requires deep product judgment, technical depth, and the ability to ship powerful product experiences that simplify complex IT workflows.

You will work closely with engineering and design, translating customer needs into strategy, roadmaps, and actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building complex products for technology platforms.
• Ability to simplify technically complex workflows while preserving essential functionality.
• Strong written and verbal communication to align cross-functional teams.
• Bias toward action with high ownership and accountability.
• Capacity to reason about system edges, dependencies, and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for a meaningful Rippling IT product area from discovery to launch.
• Develop deep empathy for IT admins, security teams, CIOs, and end users.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to turn complex problems into simple experiences.
• Use data, feedback, and business context to determine what to build and sequencing.
• Partner with sales, marketing, support, and customer success to drive adoption.
• Serve as a senior product owner in a fast-moving business, driving crisp decisions.
• Articulate a clear POV on how AI will reshape IT, security, governance, and workforce management.
