Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Selling Demo Representative to drive customer engagement and sales by presenting products at in-store events. You will educate Customers about product features, distribute samples, and highlight value opportunities while maintaining exceptional service standards.

You will prepare, stage, and close events, ensure materials are displayed, and review sales performance to identify success metrics. Experience in sales or demonstrations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in product demonstration (preferred).
• Knowledge of sales or product demonstration (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey product ingredients and recipe components to customers with dietary concerns.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Sell products through events to educate Customers and drive engagement and sales.
• Create an engaging atmosphere by participating in store events.
• Share product knowledge, samples, and savings information to delight Customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and help Customers locate merchandise.
• Prepare, stage, and execute events including materials, safety needs, and scheduling.
• Ensure signage and marketing materials are displayed to support engagement.
• Review daily sales reports and understand performance metrics.
