H-E-B is seeking a Selling Demo Representative to educate customers on product features during store events and hospitality activities. You will engage customers with enthusiasm, share knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will prepare and execute demonstrations, manage materials and signage, and review daily sales metrics to gauge success and identify opportunities for improvement. A passion for customer service and flexibility in hours are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in product demonstration (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain product ingredients and accommodate dietary concerns
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Passion for customer service and hospitality

Responsabilidades

• Sell products through events and hospitality activities to educate customers about product features and drive engagement and sales
• Prepare, stage, execute, and close events including materials, equipment, and samples
• Display and maintain all signage, coupons, and marketing materials to support customer engagement
• Review daily sales reports and performance metrics to understand success and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and maintain a clean, professional work environment
• Assist other partners as needed and support a reliable, customer-focused store experience
