Job summary

Corebridge Financial’s Houston team seeks an experienced Product Delivery Analyst to provide technical oversight and analytical support for Individual Retirement product initiatives. You’ll document requirements, help create test plans, and assist with the ongoing management of in-force products.

You’ll work with IT, QA, and stakeholders in a hybrid Houston office, gaining exposure to annuity products and IT modernization while building cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive business analysis experience, including development of business requirements and systems solutions.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into well-defined business requirements with exceptional writing skills.
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis techniques and requirements tools; experience with the development of effective test plans and use case methodology.
• Self-starter with leadership skills who can take charge of or facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Ability to foster effective working relationships with peers within and across organizational lines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to understand and articulate impacts of simple to moderately complex concepts.
• Ability to visualize and/or contribute to the presentation of an idea or process.
• Results oriented with a track record of completing tasks and projects.
• Fast learner who can adapt to new products, systems, and technologies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.
• Extremely detail oriented with impeccable organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT to scope and document complex business requirements for new and in-force product initiatives and manage IT documentation approvals.
• Collaborate with IT BAs to evaluate solutions and ensure robust test plans with QA/UAT teams.
• Support resolution of systems issues impacting annuity products.
• Provide support on multiple projects with emphasis on technical components.
• Own initiatives to support product-related user interface tools and enhancements.
• Possibility to step into a team lead role in the future.
• Perform other tasks to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective support and implementation.
