- Self-starter with leadership skills in requirements sessions.
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project team and IT to scope and document complex business systems requirements for new and in-force product initiatives.
- Coordinate with IT BAs to evaluate solutions and ensure robust test plans with QA/UAT teams.
- Support resolution of systems issues impacting annuity products.
- Provide support on multiple projects focusing on technical components.
