Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking an Associate Director of Annuity Product Management to drive launch and oversight of annuity products across group and individual lines. The role requires SME-level knowledge of retirement products, strong collaboration with IT, legal, compliance, finance, and sales, and a track record of delivering on product initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on new product launches and ongoing oversight of Corebridge Retirement Services suite of annuity products across group and individual products (fixed, fixed indexed, RILA, and variable).
  • Drive design and implementation of group and individual annuity products for defined contribution plans, rollover, and retail market.
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to drive new product designs.
  • Maintain expertise around products, operational practices, and regulatory issues.
  • Learn and be SME on products to respond to technical and general questions.
  • Assist with launching annuity products, services, and enhancements; coordinate project life cycle with cross-function teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines; develop business requirements and product specs for new/updated products.
  • Support team members with project tasks as assigned.
