Job summary

Favia is seeking a Data Analyst, Product to join our remote team. You will own end-to-end data management for the Pro product, turning complex data into clear insights that drive feature development and improve user experience.

As a senior data professional, you will define north star metrics, lead A/B testing, build scalable dbt models and dashboards, and collaborate with leadership to guide product strategy. Fluency in English and experience with finance/data-intensive domains preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Experience with trading products in equities, crypto, or related domains.
• Production data pipelines with dbt and Airflow.
• Strong SQL and Python for pipeline development and analysis.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests.
• Led cross-functional data initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communicator for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Degree in analytical field (engineering/economics/hard sciences).
• Based in US, Canada, UK or EU and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data management from pipelines to dashboards.
• Design and evolve dashboards, north star metrics and analytics frameworks.
• Build data infrastructure at scale with production pipelines.
• Lead experimentation across the Product domain with A/B testing and causal inference.
• Influence data team direction and quality standards.
• Embed AI tooling into workflows with tangible business impact.
• Deliver insights through data storytelling to leadership.
