Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and product performance across the platform.
• Track and analyze key metrics across the user journey: Discovery → Engagement → Application → Retention.
• Identify drop-off points and friction to improve conversion and engagement.
• Support product and growth decisions with data-driven insights.
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into key metrics.
