Job summary

ShopFully SpA seeks a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Product, Data and Business teams, leading measurement strategies and analytics to influence strategic decisions. You will transform complex data into clear narratives that demonstrate product value and guide smarter business choices.

You will collaborate across teams, design dashboards, run A/B tests, and drive data-driven decisions with a growth mindset in a hybrid/remote-friendly setup across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Lead.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, prompt engineering) to automate analytics workflows.
• Strong data acumen and the ability to grasp complex data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Translate product requirements into data requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Develop measurement strategies, frameworks, and KPIs to evaluate product performance.
• Design and build dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key initiatives.
• Conduct impact analyses and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes.
• Deliver data stories through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Coach and support analysts to promote best practices in analytics.
