Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a Project Specialist to manage SAP programming, order allocations and planning. You will coordinate with Product Management, IT and external vendors to ensure contract terms, pricing accuracy and timely reporting across CVS and corporate accounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• 1+ year sales support, reporting, or customer service experience.
• Medical industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal/external departments to manage accounts and improve processes.
• Troubleshoot inventory and delivery issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop SAP programming needs with IT and maintain contract terms in SAP/TEAMS.
• Coordinate with Product Management Data Analyst on contract validation in SAP.
• Assist Product Managers with contract development and vendor communications.
• Manage purchase orders, allocations, and fulfillment tables in SAP.
• Prepare internal/external reporting and ad hoc analyses as requested.
