Job summary

3Z Brands seeks a detail-oriented coordinator to manage testing, compliance, and data across brands. You will partner with Legal, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Merchandising to keep every product information accurate and audit-ready.

You’ll support the internal testing program, help define testing protocols, and drive the NPI process from concept through launch while maintaining calendar and risk flags.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in merchandising operations, product compliance, QA, or related coordination.
• Working knowledge of product safety, environmental, and legal compliance for consumer products.
• Experience supporting external testing labs, certification bodies, or audits is a plus.
• Comfortable in a hands-on lab environment testing products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing and certification programs across brands — product safety, environmental, and legal compliance.
• Track renewal and testing deadlines; keep documentation audit-ready.
• Support 3Z Labs internal testing programs and develop the 3Z Standard Testing Protocol.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction processes and ensure timelines.
• Maintain product attributes data across systems for marketing, ecommerce, and reporting.
• Foster cross-functional communication with Legal, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Merchandising.
