Job summary

unybrands is seeking a NPD Specialist to drive the refresh and supplier-led line-extension projects for an assigned brand cluster. You ensure gates are clean, milestones are met, and nothing ships without our quality standard.

You will coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional partners (engineering, design, claims, regulatory, testing, marketing and operations) to deliver launches on time and with a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product development, sourcing, or related CPG/consumer hardware.
• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and meeting commitments.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep suppliers on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline execution and gate-driven project management.
• Coordinate samples, specs, and timelines with suppliers.
• Prepare complete gate packages for reviews.
• Serve as connective tissue across engineering, design, claims, regulatory, testing, marketing and operations.
• Maintain organized specs and approvals as a single source of truth.
• Capture learnings post-launch to improve future projects.
