Job summary

Zoro.com is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Information and Maintenance Operations in Chicago. You will lead teams responsible for onboarding new items and maintaining product data, shaping cross-functional processes with Product Information, Digital Merchandising, Pricing, Legal, and Category Management.

You will define KPIs, drive data quality, and manage end-to-end NPI workflows to ensure accurate, high-quality content for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years in a related field; leadership experience.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners to drive initiatives.
• Experience with JIRA, BigQuery, Looker; familiarity with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team that manages new item additions and maintenance processes.
• Own end-to-end NPI processes from collection to prioritization.
• Operationalize data quality standards across teams and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Product Information, Digital Merchandising, Legal and Category teams.
• Present metrics and priorities to leadership; drive resource planning.
