Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team within the Product and Business Engineering organization. You will coach engineers, set strategy, and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable financial infrastructure products.

You will collaborate with product, design, infrastructure, and operations across offices or remotely, embracing Stripe's hybrid model. The role includes shaping roadmaps, maintaining high engineering standards, and recruiting and developing talent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering management leading teams of 5+ engineers.
• 8+ years of full-time software development experience.
• Experience building extensible software solutions that scale for diverse user needs.
• Strong problem-solving and ambiguity handling.
• Ability to recruit and develop talent in a fast‑paced environment.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture with engineers.
