• Strong ability to lead and measure product outcomes in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and designers to shape strategy and roadmap.
• Apply first principles thinking to approach complex problems and system design.
• Foster a healthy team culture with high trust and psychological safety.
• Define processes that enable the team to do its best work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Coach and mentor engineers to advance their careers and develop new skills.
