CHANEL Wynn is seeking an Assistant Manager, Product to lead the assigned product category, coach a team of sales associates, and partner with Boutique Director and Home Office on assortment planning. The role emphasizes training, development, and community representation, with required in-store presence.

The position focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining boutique standards, and driving sales performance through team leadership and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or boutique management experience.
• Strong communication skills and passion for client experience.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills preferred; passion for CHANEL and its products.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and develop sales team through ongoing training and feedback
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning
• Lead selling floor activity to ensure elevated client experiences and sales performance
• Partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to execute business strategy
• Represent the brand in the market and grow the client base through community and partnership engagement
• Maintain boutique image, operational standards, and merchandising excellence
