Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Product Manager and brand ambassador to own and drive the business within handbags, RTW, or jewelry categories. You will coach a diverse team of salespeople, partner with the Boutique Director, and deliver elevated experiences for clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a deep knowledge of CHANEL product offerings and client service standards. In-store presence is required to develop teams and ensure boutique excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead a diverse team of salespeople to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Own and drive business within assigned product categories.
• Provide ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to optimize assortment and performance.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client relationships through events and partnerships.
