Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide in Rockford, MI, is seeking a Product Analytics Manager to drive franchise forecasting, pricing, and analytics. This hybrid role partners with PLMs, cost engineers, and finance to shape strategic product direction across categories and lines.

You will lead analytics for long-range planning, build models for confidence in the Strategic Plan, and deliver executive-ready reports to leadership throughout the PD Strategy team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product analytics, merchandising, or franchise planning.
• Strong financial modeling for forecasting, margin, and should-cost.
• Proficiency with PLM systems (Centric strongly preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-season franchise forecasting and project volume, revenue, margin, and SKU productivity.
• Build and maintain scenario models feeding the Strategic Plan and long-range planning.
• Provide analytical scaffolding for seasonal and long-range planning with leadership.
• Deliver decision-ready revenue and reporting outputs to Sr. Director and leadership.
• Mentor the Product Analytics Analyst and oversee dashboard development.
• Identify cost, pricing, and margin opportunities and influence line decisions.
