Reflex is building analytics to power retail transformation from Austin, TX. Join a product analytics team to own dashboards, funnels, experimentation, and data storytelling that guide what we build next.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and sales to turn business questions into reliable analyses, define product metrics, and enable self‑service insights for the team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in analytics/BI or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with data.
• Experience with experiment design and statistical analysis (A/B tests).
• Experience analyzing funnels, user journeys, and event data.
• Familiarity with modern analytics stack tools like Metabase/Looker/Tableau, dbt, and a cloud data warehouse.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable decisions and communicate with non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to turn questions into clear analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Own product funnels: identify drop-offs, track engagement and retention, translate data into actions.
• Define and instrument product metrics and data models for self-service analysis.
• Own end-to-end experimentation: design tests, analyze results, support launch decisions.
• Investigate open questions and identify opportunities, then present recommendations.
