You will analyze feedback, journey data, and market signals to translate ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses and practical recommendations.
Qualifications
- Requires 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define business goals, user needs, and opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback, journey data, operational trends, and market signals to identify needs and growth opportunities.
- Translate problems into hypotheses, decision points, and analytical approaches.
- Support opportunity sizing, impact assessments, and product strategy decisions.
- Contribute to future-state recommendations balancing user needs and business outcomes.
- Translate discovery findings into product requirements and user stories.
- Support go-to-market readiness by synthesizing value propositions and success measures.
- Track post-launch performance and business impact for continuous improvement.
