Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Analytics Lead to establish a consistent analytics rhythm across the Digital Product organization. You will translate complex behavior data into actionable insights for product managers, engineers, and executives, while building dashboards to track KPIs like feature adoption and engagement.

You will partner with data engineering to ensure robust pipelines and instrumentation, drive data-driven experimentation, and influence senior leadership on strategy and roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence within a digital product environment.
• 2+ years of deep experience with product analytics tooling (e.g., Amplitude).
• 2+ years of experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
• Expertise in separating signal from noise in complex datasets and building narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a consistent operating rhythm for product analytics reviews and performance reporting across Digital Product teams.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product managers, engineers, and executives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools tracking KPIs including feature adoption and engagement.
• Partner with data engineering to ensure pipelines and instrumentation support analytics needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve connected vehicle experiences through data-driven experimentation and cohort analysis.
• Monitor metrics tied to CLV, engagement, and retention across digital touchpoints.
• Present findings to senior leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Champion data literacy and embed analytics best practices within product teams.
• Collaborate with GDIA, UX, and business teams to reflect analytics in product requirements.
