Job summary

Aeropay Payments, Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst to illuminate product decisions through data, experiments and dashboards.

You will define KPIs with product teams, analyze user and merchant data, and uncover where the experience breaks down to drive actionable improvements. Responsibilities include running A/B experiments, monitoring end-to-end funnels, analyzing user behavior, and presenting findings to executives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product analytics or related role.
• Hands-on querying of event logs and product data.
• Experience building dashboards and sharing insights with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of hypothesis testing and sampling bias.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation: set up controlled A/B tests to assess new features.
• Funnel & cohort analysis: monitor user journey from acquisition to retention.
• User behavior deep dives: identify obstacles to the user experience.
• KPI definition: work with product managers to define and report metrics.
• Executive & cross-functional presentation: communicate findings and impact.
