The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience in product analytics, strong SQL, and fluency with AI tools like Cursor and Claude. You will translate customer transcripts and surveys into insights and present recommendations
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of professional experience in product or customer analytics.
- Experience linking engagement metrics to product roadmaps.
- Bonus for AI/chat product or fintech.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Own product analytics end-to-end and define the metrics that matter.
- Connect signals across products to link engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
- Turn transcripts, surveys, and feedback into product insights with partners.
- Present findings to senior leadership to influence strategy.
