Aeropay in Chicago is hiring a Product Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind product decisions, running experiments and probing user and merchant data to shape the roadmap.
You will define KPIs with product managers, perform funnel and cohort analysis, present findings to executives, and translate results into actionable recommendations. Regularly work in SQL and BI dashboards, with a focus on improving user experience and merchant outcomes.
The Product Analyst is the analytical engine behind Aeropay's product decisions, running experiments and digging into user and merchant data to understand how people move through our platform. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the roadmap, from defining KPIs with product managers to uncovering where the user experience breaks down and recommending fixes. We're looking for a detail-oriented, curious thinker who's as comfortable in SQL and dashboards as they are translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
This role is expected to be in office at Aeropay’s downtown Chicago HQ weekly from Monday through Thursday
Salary Range: $65K - $80K base salary (DOE)

Compensation The base pay range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000 per year.
