Job summary

Bridge seeks a Product Analyst to own data strategy for customer experience, focusing on payments quality and product experience. You’ll build pipelines, quantify business impact, and drive decisions with end-to-end analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a data analyst or similar analytics role in payments/fintech.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling in a modern warehouse/l lakehouse.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and ETL with version control.
• Ability to independently investigate problems and recommend solutions.
• Experience building dashboards and communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Capable of owning a focal area with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own data needs for your focal area end-to-end and drive metrics.
• Analyze payments quality signals to identify friction and business impact.
• Analyze product/UX data to improve customer journey.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Write production SQL and pipeline code in Databricks with GitHub version control.
• Build dashboards and self-serve tools for cross-functional monitoring.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Support/Operations to translate findings into improvements.
• Flag emerging issues in payments quality or product experience early.
• Continuously improve data quality, docs, and tooling as Bridge scales.
