PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to collaborate with Product Managers and Actuaries, delivering analytical insights to support strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes building scalable data models, documenting processes, and contributing to rate and form filings, with travel to PEMCO’s Seattle headquarters as needed.

The ideal candidate has a quantitative background, 3+ years of analytical experience in insurance pricing, and strong data visualization and SQL skills to drive profitable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
Experience applying analytics to pricing insurance products or similar work.

Responsibilities

Analyze performance, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
Document workflows and business processes.
Assist in product and rating reviews and in pricing initiatives.
Plan and manage small to medium scale projects.
Query databases to generate scheduled and ad hoc reports supporting department goals.
