Farm Credit East is seeking a solution-focused professional to advance our core business systems across farming, forestry, fishing and related sectors. You will partner with product owners to translate strategy into actionable development, innovation and change initiatives that align with our five pillars and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, agriculture, or related field.
Experience with core business systems in a financial/agriculture context.
Salesforce certifications are a plus; Testing/QA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners to execute core business system strategy and meet stakeholder expectations.
Assist in the Core Business System Portfolio Management Plan, governance, risks and opportunities, and resource optimization.
Create requirements for new or updated core business system ideas within the ideation process.
Support communication and change enablement to drive system adoption and utilization.
