Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Product Adoption & Enablement Manager to drive adoption of our product portfolio across teams and stakeholders. You will partner with Product Managers to plan, communicate, and execute rollout strategies that maximize usage and value.

You will own release notes, user communications, and training alignment, ensuring consistency across applications while coordinating with L&D and Marketing for enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in product marketing, product operations, adoption/enablement, technical communications, or a related role.
• Experience translating releases and new capabilities into user-facing communication.
• Experience embedded in Product teams' roadmaps, releases, and prioritization rhythm.
• Ability to coordinate multi-channel rollouts across teams and functions.
• Experience building or running a champion/ambassador network is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with insurance/benefits domain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption strategy across the portfolio and align rollout timing with roadmap and readiness.
• Draft, publish, and send release notes and platform updates to users with clear language.
• Plan tailored rollout plans for initiatives and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Govern and manage the champion network, onboarding and activation playbooks.
• Monitor usage metrics and surface insights to drive adoption improvements.
