Job summary

OneDigital seeks a Product Adoption & Enablement Manager to drive adoption of its product portfolio. You will partner with Product Managers to plan rollouts, craft user-facing communications, and coordinate cross-functional enablement across multiple applications.

You will own messaging, training, and engagement tactics to ensure users understand changes, leverage new capabilities, and realize business value. A strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and data-driven adoption is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate releases into clear user-facing communications.
• Experience embedded in product roadmaps, releases, and prioritization cadence.
• Strong stakeholder relationships across regions and frontline users.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio visibility and adoption strategy across the product suite.
• Draft, publish and coordinate release notes and platform updates for end users.
• Develop tailored rollout plans and coordinate training, marketing, and communications.
• Support governance of the champion network and activation playbooks.
• Monitor usage data and surface insights to improve adoption across deployments.
