Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Enablement Director to drive usage and adoption of our platform through education and enablement. You will own strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of training for internal teams, customers, and partners.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design to translate technology into compelling stories, measure adoption, and continuously improve programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical training development and delivery.
• Strong knowledge in the application monitoring field.
• BA/BS in CS or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience working with customers and partners, remotely and in person.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end enablement programs for internal teams and external customers.
• Develop curricula for the company University learning platform and manage content.
• Create a training strategy to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
• Build and run an engaging certification program for customers, partners, and employees.
• Design end-user training content for CSMS and SEs and deliver instructor-led sessions.
