Vizient is seeking a client-focused professional to support onboarding, engagement, and adoption of CDB functionality. You will resolve inquiries, monitor usage trends, and escalate issues as needed to ensure a positive client experience.

You will also develop training materials, deliver virtual sessions and webinars, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product adoption and client value realization. This role includes incentives and a strong focus on healthcare industry insights.

Responsabilités

Support client onboarding, engagement, and product adoption initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
Provide analytical product support through inquiry resolution, trend monitoring, and issue escalation.
Address client questions regarding CDB functionality, content, and utilization.
Develop and maintain training resources, including user guides, one-pagers, and frequently asked questions.
Deliver virtual training sessions, individual consultations, and webinars to strengthen client understanding and utilization of CDB functionality.
Manage client access and provide timely product support to ensure a positive client experience.
Monitor healthcare industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into client education and product guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved product adoption, client engagement, and value realization.
