Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing displays by stocking and front-facing cases.
• Assists with organizing displays of volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Handles periodic inventory checks and price accuracy.
• Delivers courteous, friendly service and answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, and merchandising.
• Follows Health & Safety procedures and maintains clean, sanitary areas.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and reports hazards.
