• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports team selling techniques.
• Maintains signs and pricing accuracy; reports hazards promptly.
