Job summary

Whole Foods Market in United States is seeking a Produce Team Member to assist in receiving, preparing, stocking, and presenting products while upholding WFM standards. You will support the team with inventory, customer service, and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

No prior retail experience is required; you must be able to lift 50 pounds and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. A store-wide benefits program is described for eligible Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked with front-facing displays.
• Assists with organization and display of volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Completes spoilage, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses Suggestive Selling techniques.
• Ensures accurate pricing and signage during openings, mid, and closing shifts.
