Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Team Member to support the Produce department. You will assist with stocking, displays, and product prep while upholding WFM standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, maintaining clean displays, and delivering excellent service. The role requires flexibility for a changing schedule, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to teamwork and quality.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, appealing displays by stocking and front-facing cases.
• Assist with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers, team leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Complete spoilage, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising procedures.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure signs and pricing are accurate.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
