Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked through front-facing, code checking, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
• Assist Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and supervisors.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health and safety procedures, Weights and Measures, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work and shopping environment; service equipment properly.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
