Qualifications

12+ months retail experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Ability to train and mentor team members.
Knowledge of Produce procedures and policies.
Awareness of safety and regulatory policies.
Proficient with inventory management and retail math.

Responsibilities

Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
Trains team members with learning checklists and training materials.
Keeps cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and rotated.
Opens and closes department according to procedures.
Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
Fosters a positive environment of teamwork, respect, and morale.
Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs and directs Team Members accordingly.
Provides timely performance evaluations and feedback.
Models WFM vision and goals.
