Qualifications

• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct produce department personnel in the absence of the manager.
• Communicate with the store team lead and produce department supervisors.
• Order produce and maintain stock levels per merchandising standards.
• Unload trailers, verify orders, and stock in the warehouse or cooler.
• Ensure proper trimming, rotation, culling and watering for freshness.
• Build attractive displays and monitor pricing, signage, and shelf tags.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
