This role supports stock management, merchandising, and daily operations to maintain freshness and display standards.

The position emphasizes direct supervision, coordination with store leadership, and a focus on customer service and fruit/vegetable quality.

Qualifications

• Experience directing department staff.
• Ability to order produce and manage stock levels.
• Ability to build displays and monitor pricing and signage.

Responsibilities

• Direct produce department staff in the manager's absence.
• Communicate with store team lead and supervisors.
• Order produce and merchandise to maintain stock and displays.
• Unload trailers, verify orders, and position merchandise.
• Maintain product trimming, rotation, and shelf life.
• Create attractive produce displays and manage pricing signage.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
