Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have basic math knowledge.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and obtain a Food Handlers permit.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Produce team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Maintain freshness standards through receiving, processing, pricing, signage, and rotation.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality product and excellent customer service.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, and training the Produce team.
