Responsabilidades

• Engage customers to create a best possible shopping experience.
• Communicate with teammates and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach teammates to exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Assist with training new team members and cross-training high-potential staff.
• Assist with department scheduling to improve engagement and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness and proper rotation/dating policies.
• Lead by example in food safety and safety policies.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays where applicable.
• Support Meijer culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Operate a register and perform cash handling as needed.
