Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to plan, direct and supervise daily department operations. Deliver exceptional customer service by overseeing ordering, receiving, stocking and displaying products to maximize profits while maintaining cleanliness and food safety compliance.

The role emphasizes scheduling, staff development, performance management, and achieving department budget goals with a strong focus on safe operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with team members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts by addressing root causes.

• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information for decision making.
• Ability to consult customers on department-related products.
• Ability to mentor hourly team members and lead an organization prioritizing safety.
• Serv Safe Certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet department needs.
• Promote career paths and development within the department and manage promotions.
• Support disciplinary actions and recommendations regarding dismissal.
• Achieve sales, labor, and margin goals for the department.
• Review sales goals, costs, shrink, and inventory targets.
• Provide exceptional, fast, and friendly customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and pricing policies.
• Train and supervise department team in the absence of the Department Manager.
