Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Produce Associate to maintain product levels and quality in produce and floral departments, ensuring fresh fruits and vegetables are displayed according to company standards and all food safety practices.

You will promote customer service, assist with stocking, operate pallet jack to unload and reload product, rotate stock, and help drive sales while keeping a clean, safe shopping environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full stock conditions for produce and floral displays.
• Operate pallet jack to unload and reload trucks.
• Rotate dated stock and discard as needed.
• Ensure quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist customers and respond to price checks.
