Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Produce Associate to maintain stock levels and ensure high-quality produce and floral products across our stores. You will collaborate with produce staff to drive sales, profits, and customer service while upholding brand standards.

The role involves training partners, planning schedules, reviewing sales data, and ensuring stock integrity across displays and trucks. A High school diploma or GED and food safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High school diploma or GED plus 1+ years in a related role.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• Manager Food Safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and quality of produce and floral products to company standards.
• Promote department sales, profits, and customer service with produce personnel.
• Train and supervise partners; schedule, plan, assign and direct work.
• Review historical data on sales, ads and promotions to improve performance.
• Inspect product for quality control and food safety standards; adhere to labeling rules.
