Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Produce & Floral team member to maintain stock levels and ensure quality control in the produce and floral departments. You will display fresh fruits and vegetables per company standards and uphold food safety practices, while delivering excellent customer service and sales support.

This role involves operating a pallet jack, rotating stock, assisting shoppers, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler certification required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels for produce and floral displays.
• Operate pallet jack to unload and reload trucks.
• Ensure dated products are rotated or discarded properly.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions.
