Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members for the Produce department to support receiving, stocking, and displaying products while upholding WFM standards. You will help maintain clean displays, assist customers, and work with the team to manage inventory and ensure proper food safety practices.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean, stocked, front-facing, and checked for codes.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
