Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Medford, MA is seeking a Produce Team Member to receive and prepare products, stock shelves, and maintain attractive displays that meet WFM standards. You will help break down deliveries, run front-facing tasks, and deliver courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities include keeping cases clean, monitoring inventory, and following health, safety, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean, well stocked, and front-faced.
• Assist in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
