Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to lead one of our busiest store teams. You will help customers make healthy choices while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with basic math knowledge
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with strong customer interaction
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Produce team
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork
• Maintain freshness standards by proper receiving, processing, pricing, signage and rotation
• Assist in hiring, teaching and developing the Produce team
• Unload and sort store deliveries and maintain produce equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation guidelines
